State Bird Corp. was formed in 2018 as an independent financial and management consulting firm. It was formed with the sole purpose of providing clients all the tools needed to accomplish their unique global financial goals. As an independent financial and management consulting firm State Bird Corp. has the expertise, flexibility, and the breadth of services to help identify roadblocks, remove the roadblocks, and then implement these solutions to better our client’s life.

Bryant Andrus has dedicated his professional life to assisting clients accomplish their financial goals. Bryant’s career covers 14 years of finance, wealth management, consulting, and general advisory services.

Previously Bryant led his former company’s expansion into Canada, helping grow the firm’s revenues substantially, eventually becoming President of the company. After parting ways with this firm in 2018, Bryant joined US Bank Wealth Management. After taking the helm of a multi business line wealth management team, he led the team from the middle of the pack and grew it into the number 2 producing team in the US Bank footprint in a matter of 12 months.

Realizing that his true passion was in the international finance world, Bryant was accepted into a Master of Finance program at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. There, he has worked on projects with the International Finance Corporation and others analyzing, researching, and performing due diligence on private debt and private equity investments around the world. In addition to these international projects, he gained a deep understanding of capital markets, accounting, derivatives, and private real estate.

Over lunch in 2014, he and now State Bird outside counsel, Saul Abrams, discussed the vision of creating better results for cross boarder clients. That dream was realized in March of 2020 when he joined State Bird Corp Global Financial Consultants. As part of the transition, he started SBC Investment Management, LLC, an Arizona Registered Investment Advisory Firm that provides discretionary money management services within the financial markets.

Bryant has been married for 16 years and has 6 children.

Claude Ayache is a self-employed consultant and has been President of Exadyn Consultants Inc. (“Exadyn”), a financial management consulting firm specializing in providing financial reporting support and capital market advisory services to public companies, since 1999. In addition to strategic restructuring/reorganization services to both private and public companies.  Exadyn’s past clients operate in various industries such as cannabis and associated industries, oil and gas, mining, clean tech, manufacturing, technology, and biotechnology, as well as financial services to mention a few, both domestic and internationally.  Claude has more than 30 years of experience in various financial roles and has served on numerous private and public boards as well as non-for-profit organizations.

In addition, from October 2014 to February 2019, Claude had assisted KeatsConnelly & Associates (“KCA”) and their sister company Cross Border Tax & Accounting as a Senior Tax Specialist working out of their Florida office to help sophisticated clients with their complex cross board tax issues fulfill their cross-border goals and objectives through a team base collaborative approach. From February 1995 to July 1999, Claude was the CFO and Executive Vice-president of InterUnion Financial Corporation as well as Director of InterUnion Asset Management which had over $1 billion of AUM.

Claude received a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and International Business from Concordia University in 1984 and holds the following professional designation; Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and obtained his Florida Real Estate License in 2015.

Claude enjoys Delray Beach, FL, more commonly known as his happy place, where he plans to relocate with his wife of 30 years, so they both can enjoy the nature trails.
